At Little Pepe Shop, we take pride in providing high-quality collectible products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns of most items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • All tags, certificates of authenticity, and accessories must be included
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Limited edition items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital products
  • Gift cards

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at returns@ litlpepe.com or call +1 (803) 600-4868 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Receive RMA: We will issue an RMA number and provide detailed return instructions.
  4. Package Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging along with all included accessories, certificates, and documentation.
  5. Include RMA: Place the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  6. Ship Items: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as you receiving an incorrect or defective item).

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria. If the return is approved:

  • We will process your refund within 5-7 business days after inspecting the returned items
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed

Please note that it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may issue partial refunds:

  • If an item is returned with signs of use or wear
  • If any included accessories, certificates, or documentation are missing
  • If the original packaging is damaged or missing

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal value if you received a defective or damaged product or if you wish to exchange for a different size or color (where applicable).

To request an exchange:

  1. Follow the same process as returns to obtain an RMA number
  2. Specify that you want an exchange and provide details of the replacement item
  3. Ship the original item back to us following the return instructions

Once we receive and approve your return, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item
  2. Provide clear photos of the damage or defect
  3. Include your order number and description of the issue

For damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs and either replace the item or provide a full refund, at your preference.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting our customer service team. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.

International Returns

For international orders, our standard return policy applies with the following additional considerations:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • The customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during the return shipping process
  • The return process may take longer due to international shipping and customs processing

Exceptions for Limited Edition Collectibles

Due to the unique nature of our limited edition collectibles:

  • Some limited edition items may be marked as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for return or exchange
  • For eligible limited edition items, we may require additional verification and inspection before approving returns
  • Return shipping for limited edition collectibles must include appropriate insurance and tracking

Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift, you may return it for store credit or an exchange. The refund will be issued as a gift card or store credit of equal value to the purchase price of the returned item.
